3. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under a member account is deemed to have been authorized by that member.

4. Registration Fee

Membership activation may require payment of a registration fee as determined by the cooperative management. Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

5. Savings Contributions

Members are encouraged to save regularly. Savings contributions are recorded electronically and may be subject to cooperative policies regarding withdrawal, transfer, and usage.

6. Loan Applications

Loan approval is not automatic and is subject to eligibility checks, savings requirements, guarantor approval, risk assessment, and management approval.

The cooperative reserves the right to approve, reject, defer, or modify loan requests based on established lending policies.

7. Guarantor Obligations

Members acting as guarantors acknowledge responsibility as defined by cooperative loan policies and agree to participate in the loan review process.

8. Marketplace Services

Investment opportunities, properties, and cooperative projects listed on the platform are subject to availability and verification. Participation may involve financial risk.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Misuse of cooperative services.
• Activities that threaten platform security.

10. Suspension and Termination

The cooperative may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misconduct, policy violations, or activities that threaten cooperative operations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sirius Multi-Purpose Co-operative Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform except where required by law.

12. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
